Effective: October 31, 2026. This statement describes the initial concept-stage REI KAGE website.

How the inquiry form works

Our private inquiry page can operate in one of two modes. When secure submission is available, it sends the information you provide to a REI KAGE Cloudflare Worker, which stores the inquiry in our separate Cloudflare D1 database and may notify our team by email. If secure submission is not yet available, the form opens an email draft addressed to studio@reikage.com that you choose whether to send. Neither method places an order or requires a deposit.

What may be processed

We process your name, email address, inquiry category, optional indicative budget, and message to assess and respond to requests. When secure submissions are enabled, we also keep the inquiry date, a submission reference, status and a short-lived hash derived from the submitting IP address for abuse prevention (not the raw IP in the inquiry database). Cloudflare processes service and security requests, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions, Resend may deliver inquiry notifications, Google Workspace hosts our recipient mailbox, and Google Fonts may process technical connection information when fonts are fetched.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell inquiry information or add inquiry details to marketing lists automatically. We use service providers only for website hosting, security, secure storage and email delivery. We retain inquiries as necessary for correspondence, business records and legitimate operational needs, then review them for deletion; certain records may need to be retained longer where legally required. You can request access, corrections or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or embed third-party advertising pixels. Hosting and security services may process technical information independently. If analytics or additional tools are added in the future, this notice should be updated.
